To try this method, using a cotton ball, put some amount of apple cider vinegar on the cotton and directly apply it on the affected area. You need not to wash it afterwards as it will Automatically soak by the skin. The properties of apple cider vinegar help clear the blemishes gradually. Pour a few drops of apple cider vinegar onto a cotton ball and apply directly to your whiteheads. It will get absorbed by the skin after some time. So, there is no need to rinse.
