Eggs Benedict Bake

Here’s a casserole as tasty as Eggs Benedict, but without the hassle. Simply assemble the ingredients ahead, and bake it the next morning for an elegant breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:
5 English muffins, cut into cubes
6 eggs
2 cups of milk
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups of ham, cubed
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1 packet of Hollandaise sauce plus the ingredients to make it--butter and milk
