How to Exfoliate Face Naturally?

Everybody encounters dry skin sooner or later. Skin exfoliation is an excellent way to remove flaky, dead, chapped, or dry skin from the face. There are numerous methods to shed dead skin. Some include apparatuses, the other take little more than a couple kitchen elements, and a couple of items you can buy online or at the shopping center. You can exfoliate face in several ways. Homemade exfoliator scrub will help to exfoliate face naturally. There are many types of face scrubs in the market. However, natural remedies will be more effective.

1.) Olive Oil and Sugar Scrub

Sugar is one of the most proficient and natural exfoliators, best to exfoliate face naturally. Take some amount of  sugar and a few drops of olive oil in a small bowl. Mix both the ingredients thoroughly until you get a solid paste. With a clean cloth or fingertips massage your face with this exfoliator in the circular motions. Make sure you massage softly. Do this process for less than 4 mins. The rinse your face with fresh water. After rinsing dry your face and apply vaseline or cream to moisturize the face.

2.) Petroleum Jelly and Tooth Brush

Exfoliating face with petroleum jelly and toothbrush is a helpful way to get rid of all the unwanted elements from the upper layer of the skin. This is one of the best treatment to lighten you face by exfoliating regularly. Take a soft and straight bristle toothbrush. Apply some petroleum jelly to the face. Rub your face using a toothbrush in the circular motions for 3-4 minutes. Wash off your face with warm water. Just apply a bit of petroleum jelly on the face to hydrate and moisturize your face.


3.) Sugar and Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a pleasant natural remedy to exfoliate face naturally. It hydrates the dry skin. Moreover, it softens and enhances the shine of the skin. Mix some amount of sugar with a few drops of coconut oil in a small bowl. Rub your dark or dry face with this solution for 3 or 4 minutes with the fingertips or using old straight bristles and a soft toothbrush. Wash your face gently with lukewarm water. Make sure you have used a nice cream on your face to moisturize or hydrate the face.

4.) Baking Soda and Tooth Brush

Baking soda is also an effective way to exfoliate face. It reduces the dirt from your face and the skin look clean and sharp. Take 2-3 pinches of baking soda on your palm. Pour 2 drops of water and mix them together. Put this solution on the toothbrush and rub your face with the brush for 3 minutes. Instead of the toothbrush, you can also use a cloth to exfoliate the face. Wash your face with lukewarm water. Put your favorite face cream to moisturize or hydrate your face.

5.) Jojoba Oil and Brown Sugar

Many people love to exfoliate their face with brown sugar instead of white sugar because of the taste and flavor of brown sugar. Take some Vitamin E oil or Jojoba oil and crushed brown sugar and mix them together. Scrub your darker face with this exfoliator for 4 minutes, not more than that. Wash your face with clean water. These remedies will exfoliate your face but they may not hydrate your face. So, it’s better to apply chapstick or your favorite face cream to moisturize your face. It helps exfoliate all the dirt from your face.
